所以,我们希望每个人都能对父母、对逝去的孩子,以及对所有人怀有 compassion( compassion 译为“ compassion 译为“ compassion 译为“慈悲”)。
那个本要 incarnate( incarnate 译为“ incarnate 译为“ incarnate 译为“转世”)的灵魂依然活着,它从未以“可能消亡”的方式存在——它就是生命本身,大写的“生命”(Life),即灵魂、灵性。

明天我的教会要庆祝 Pentecost( Pentecost 译为“ Pentecost 译为“五旬节”),纪念圣灵的美好临在。

当你 ascended( ascended 译为“ ascended 译为“ ascended 译为“升天”)时,是否将圣灵带入了我们的意识?

Jesus:
Recall that the only time that is is now. Let everything else go and just be present here and now.
We are here and you are as well.
So as always you are not alone. As always you are not bereft. The thought of being bereft is always a decision in mind. It is not something that happens to you, so to speak. It might seem to happen to you on the level of form, but your interpretation of the experience is your own decision. Does that make sense to everyone?

Because this is a dream. Remember it is that a place of learning, a place of remembering.
You fell asleep. You seem to at least thought you were separate. Thought you were lost.
We’re going to tell you you weren’t and you never were. You just fell asleep. We want you to wake up and so do you. You want you to wake up.

The world about you is nothing but a mirror image of thoughts that you hold. You see, now of course there are thoughts that everyone seems to have in common. That’s part of the plan.
The plan is the one that you made for your own learning.
And the way for you to believe any of it at all is you had to have the ability to talk about it, so to speak, or verify it. And that’s what you seem to do every time you get into conversation about things in your life that others seem to agree with you about. Does it make it real? No. Because nothing here is real. Does that make sense?

We have told you that this is a dream. And how you believe a dream is you have supporting factors to it.
You believe you have a house or lack of a house, but you believe you have a body, that you’re in a body, and the body is real, and the body is you. All of that is a lie. That’s part of the story.
Not you. Did you know that you as you really are are eternal, are spirit and not a body?
You are not housed within anything because there’s nothing at all.
Does that make sense?

So the goal of your awakening truly is peace of mind. Remembering that you have never been without peace of mind. You simply forgot.
But you can always remind yourself to the best of your ability as you go about your life, all of your seeming situations and so on.
So we can go on rambling as we are. We know there are some questions. Perhaps we can go more in depth within the answers to those questions.
So we are ready and so are you.

Neil:
Dear Jesus, some of the branches of my departed son John’s memorial tree did not bloom and have no leaves this spring. Is this symbolic that something is wrong in the next life? Is it even possible to have something go wrong in heaven?

Jesus:
Not at all. It is not possible for anything to go wrong in heaven because heaven is one. There is no opposite in heaven, which is where you really are in truth. Is something wrong on the other side? No, not at all.
In the dream, in the world which is the dream, plants grow and they also don’t, depending on the system of weather during the time. You see, this is of course part of the story.
So what happened is you looked at the tree. Okay. So the tree is not your son, but it represents your son to you. You see, you saw it as something that would help you see growth, life. The tree had a different plan for itself. It is not meaningful at all. That just is what the plan did in the dream.
But it is about how you interpret the dream that matters, not the things happening in it. So the tree didn’t bloom this year. Just the way it is sometimes; has nothing to do with your son and it certainly has nothing to do with the other side.
It has nothing to do with you either except for your own interpretation of it. So, what you want to do is more so say, “I guess the tree didn’t bloom this year. Must have something to do with the weather.” And I know that the weather is not truth and nothing here is real. So this is just part of the game of the dream, the illusion where things seem to grow and die whereas truth is eternal. That is a good example of how this dream is not eternal. Does that make sense?

Neil:
Oh yes. Thank you Jesus. And thank you for taking my question. I… the tree, most of the tree is growing quite nicely but… and I… but you know in my ego mindset I was concerned and even bothered by the central branches are bare. And so I thought well I don’t like the way the central branches are bare even though the rest of the tree is flourishing. And so I’m kind of second-guessing nature and I’m saying well I want it my way and it bothers me and I… I can’t seem to get my mind around that. But you have helped. Thank you.

Jesus:
You’re welcome. That was an excellent way of looking at it. That’s exactly how we would tell you to look at it is that it is your decision to be upset by something that has nothing to do with you in truth. You see, and you said that must be my mind. Well, what that is asking for is forgiveness. You judged the tree. You can take that back and say, “Well, I judged the tree, but there’s no point in me judging myself for judging the tree.” That just would end up a whole judgment. But rather, well, I must have been tired. When I make these decisions and have these interpretations, I must be in my wrong mind.
And rather than beat myself up or get angry at the fact or upset at the fact that the tree has a couple branches that aren’t perfectly flourishing in my estimation, I will just say it is what it is. That’s nature and let nature be nature.

Neil:
And thank you for that reassurance that everything is okay because I do associate this tree with Johnny and I guess I get carried away sometime.

Jesus:
Yes. So to try not to let yourself get too carried away. You can appreciate and think of him when it is flourishing and say that’s a reflection of Johnny. And then when it isn’t flourishing, it has nothing to do with anything. You see?

Neil:
Yeah. This is what it is. Yeah. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you.

Jesus:
You’re welcome.

Neil:
Um… I had another question but I don’t know if it got answered in… it was going to be asked next so you can go ahead and ask. Well… um… a family member lost a precious little baby boy and it was especially heartbreaking because uh… the doctor said like a day or so before the delivery that the baby was fine and everything looked okay and then it was uh… it did not survive. Um… the delivery and of course the mother and father are terribly uh… brokenhearted and traumatized. And I… I was just wondering like what you would say about a situation like that and how people can deal with it.

Jesus:
Well, we are going to say first how to deal with it. First of all, sometimes again these things happen. It doesn’t have to do with the parents at all. They didn’t do anything. It was a decision on the level of the mind, of course, of the soul that decided to begin to come in to form but then… saw something. We won’t even say that. Just there was a lesson there for all. And that’s what we don’t want you to get into because that can be used as a weapon against yourself. You see, so what we want everyone to do is be compassionate with the parents, compassionate towards the child who was lost, and be compassionate with all.
So don’t get upset at your interpretation, but also don’t let yourself get carried away with the interpretation either. We were going to talk about the metaphysics and we just said that’s a little… it seems to be cold when we talk about those things when it comes to life and the loss of life. But we want you to remember there is never loss of life. Okay? Life is eternal.
So the soul that was going to incarnate is still alive. It didn’t even exist in a way that it wouldn’t be alive. It’s just life. And that’s true for you and everyone. It is all life. Capital L life. In fact, soul spirit.

Neil:
That… that makes so much sense, Jesus. It… it just begs the question why we fight it so much. Why… why we find it… when you say it like that, it’s so… it makes so much sense and it’s so wonderful and beautiful. So why do we struggle with that so much? I guess it’s just the ego.

Jesus:
Well, it’s a decision and yes, it would be the ego. But you have… you are the ego and also your spirit in that you have two parts to your mind. So when you are looking at it through the mind of the ego, you’re going to have lots of negative feelings, you see, or guilt feelings and so on. When you look with spirit, say, “I make peace with what is.” It just is what is. Life is always living.
And the lesson for me here is to learn to grow in love and compassion towards myself and to all beings, whether living or non-living in the dream or not. It’s always to come back to this love which is also forgiveness. You see.

Neil:
And… and one last thing, Jesus, if I may. Like tomorrow, my church celebrates Pentecost, the beautiful and wonderful um… presence of the Holy Spirit. And can you… I mean, you’ve mentioned the Holy Spirit already… and then what was your relationship with the Holy Spirit? What’s our relationship we have with the Holy Spirit?

Jesus:
The Holy Spirit is within you always.

Neil:
And did you bring the Holy Spirit into uh… bring it into our awareness when you um… ascended?

Jesus:
I did. You see, so the thing is you are not separate from the Holy Spirit. You forgot. The Holy Spirit is always within you. And then you remember and there it is. But it’s never gone. It just sometimes seems to be gone out of awareness. You see, but it is never gone. And you have oneness with the Holy Spirit.

Neil:
Is that so, Jesus?

Jesus:
Yes, it’s so you.

Neil:
Wow. Whatever I have, you have as well. Thank you so much, Jesus.

Jesus:
You’re welcome.

Jesus:
The second question is from Julie, and Julie asks: “After practicing the lessons for over four years, I wonder if it’s time for me to let go of the urge to understand each lesson and go out and live the understanding that I have come to know. It feels like a daily burden at times and I’m starting to question the daily ritual and frustration that comes up around not remembering the material that I’ve spent so much time working on. You speak of ritual being of ego. Am I wasting time trying to understand every lesson after all this time? Thank you.”

Jesus:
So, we’ll begin with this. No, you’re not wasting your time trying to understand it. But here’s the thing that we want you to understand. You have the awareness of the lesson. The ritual is good for a while. You see, as you begin to learn to implement it in your life, you see, and as you go out, you do want to take these lessons with you and see where you can apply them. You see? So, you want to live them now. Does that make sense?

Julie:
Yes.

Jesus:
And you’ll begin to understand them with more depth as you live them.

Julie:
I’ve been really working on trying to just be in presence. And sometimes I get so hung up on getting it right, understanding each paragraph or whatever. Um… does my wanting to get it right somehow… is that an obstacle to receiving guidance?

Jesus:
It is. That… Yeah, that’s what I’m feeling.

Julie:
It’s… it’s your little mind saying this must be perfect otherwise you won’t get it. Whereas actually as you try to make it perfect you’re not hearing it at all.

Jesus:
But don’t beat up on yourself about that; it is common. That’s why we were agreeing with you that you want to go out and live it because that’s when you really really receive that understanding of it. You see?

Julie:
Yes. I think when I give it, then I get it.

Jesus:
Exactly. And it is in the experiencing it that you learn it.

Julie:
I’ve never delved into the manual for teachers. At what point is it good to walk away from the lessons and delve into the teachers manual?

Jesus:
Anytime. You’ve been working with the course for a while. Yeah. So, pick up the manual and start looking at it.

Julie:
What about the lessons?

Jesus:
It doesn’t matter. You can do the manual and the lessons.

Julie:
Oh, somehow I knew you were going to say that.

Jesus:
See, you’re here more than you thought.

Julie:
My last question is, does one ever move on from the workbook?

Jesus:
Yes. Oh, joy. Yes, you do. Suddenly, you live the workbook and you don’t need the book at all.

Julie:
I… I feel that. Thank you. You’re welcome. So, just live it. Oh, I will read the teachers manual with your help.

Jesus:
Yes, absolutely.

Julie:
Thank you. I love you.

Jesus:
We love you too and thank you.

Jesus:
This next question is from Ruth and she has submitted a series of questions. The first question she asks is this: “I’ve become acutely aware of my loneliness. I’ve heard countless sermons about the importance of having close friendships like Jesus did with his disciples or his inner circle of three. But I find myself wondering, is this longing for connection real or am I chasing something that doesn’t exist for me?”

Jesus:
That’s a good question. And what we were going to say to you is that’s a misinterpretation of the teaching because we didn’t mean for anyone to make it a point that you make physical relationships with other people and friendships that way. We’re talking about your connection with God, with your soul, with source, and everything else flows with that. You see, your loneliness comes from looking outside yourself for love. When really it is within you that the love is. And when you connect with you, the loneliness disappears. You’ll realize I don’t… I’m not alone at all. I may be physically alone but I’m not a body. You see? So you are never alone.

Jesus:
Ruth also asks: “A spiritual authority once told me that they could see me quote unquote in the spirit and that God had revealed things about me to them. This made me deeply afraid as it implied that God talks about people and might be constantly disappointed or upset with me. These teachings have left me confused and fearful, unsure of what is true and what isn’t. Is it true that spiritual authorities can quote unquote see someone in the spirit or receive specific revelations about individuals and does God discuss people’s lives in this way?”

Jesus:
So first of all, some spiritual leaders we’ll say (not authorities necessarily) but spiritual leaders have psychic abilities and would be able to perceive you in spirit, but that doesn’t mean that they see you and know you as you truly are in spirit. You see because if they did there would be no judgment and there would be no separation.
And does God talk about you? No, God just knows you. You see, because you are one with God, you are God’s love. This goes for everyone. You don’t need an external authority to tell you that. That authority is within you and that authority is God. Does that make sense?

Ruth:
Yes.

Jesus:
And that authority is always your friend. So if you’re looking for a friend, there is your friend. You see, always with you, always connected to you. Let your judgments go. Drop into that still quiet moment within and know that you are with God all the time. In truth, you are never without, but you’re always with.
Yes. So a lot of the time in certain situations there are those who will tell you things that they seem to see about you that may not be true. We’re not saying that this person was telling a lie to you, but we are going to say that only you can truly know you. You see?

Ruth:
Yes. Thanks. Absolutely.

Jesus:
So just make peace with what is. You are not alone. You are never alone. We are always with you and you are always with God and that will never change.

Ruth:
Thank you. Absolutely.

Jesus:
Did that answer all of your questions as you had asked there?

Ruth:
It has. Yes. There’s one more question.

Jesus:
Sure.

Jesus:
Ruth also asks: “Through Christianity, I’ve lived much of my life in fear. Fear of making the wrong choices, fear of doubting what I’ve been taught, and fear of eternal consequences like hell. Now, as I explore a path of spiritual enlightenment, I’m plagued by doubts. What if I’m wrong? What if hell is real and awaits me because of my questions and perceived failures? These fears weigh heavily on me and I don’t know how to move forward without being consumed by them.”

Jesus:
So, first of all, the failures that you are afraid of is simply your ego telling you things that aren’t true. God never sees you as a failure at all. God only sees you as complete and whole. Your experience on the other hand may say something else to you but it’s an illusion.
So the fear that you have is actually something that is made up. There is no hell as in a place, but you sure as hell can make a hell for yourself. You see? And that’s what you want to look at and let go of. And that’s what the Holy Spirit wants you to see and dismiss. Meaning your negativity, anything you feel about yourself such as feeling like a failure or are you doing this wrong and all of that, let all of that go.
There is no hell in truth. You want to move toward truth. Hell is of the ego and it’s made up. It’s a state of mind, not a place. So you can always change your mind.

Ruth:
Okay, I understand. Thank you.

Jesus:
Absolutely.

Ruth:
I love you.

Jesus:
Love you too.

Jesus:
This next question is from Grace who couldn’t be with us today. But Grace asks: “Can I make myself an out-of-body experience and see these beings if it’s not in my script? I know this is a goofy question. I’m just fascinated with these things.”

Jesus:
There’s nothing wrong with that at all. Sometimes it helps people to see the unreality of this plane of existence. Sometimes when you leave your body, you’re able to see, wow, truly I am not a body. That’s my body right there and I’m not in it. Where else can I go? What else can I do?
We will say of course you want to remain right-minded, meaning you want to first establish your relationship with your capital self, your true self, your higher self, and say, ‘If it is meant for me to leave my body, be you in charge. Lead me throughout the whole thing. Will let me know that it’s not for me.’ But there’s nothing wrong with looking at it. Even looking at other people who have done it doesn’t matter. Remember this plane of existence is a dream and don’t take it seriously. So, thank you.

Jesus:
This next question is from Francisca who couldn’t be with us today. And Francisca asks: “Did Jesus demonstrate to us through the crucifixion that we should always surrender to the maliciousness of others and let everything pass over us defenselessly? It just doesn’t make any sense to me to choose to evolve in an upside down thinking world where false ego identifies and crazy belief structures based on separation abound. Can you give me some insight?”

Jesus:
The crucifixion was never meant for you to just lay down and let people beat the crap out of you or whatever. That’s not what it meant. What it showed you was that there is no body. You are not the body and the life is eternal. You see, the lesson of the crucifixion is to forgive. Forgive the thought of the crucifixion. Hold on to the lesson that life is eternal. Let the rest go.
Also know that every time you choose to berate yourself or others, meaning judge or condemn, you are choosing crucifixion in that moment. Crucifixion doesn’t necessarily mean being nailed to a cross, but you sure as hell can nail yourself to a cross in your mind when you are hurting yourself through the activity of thinking negative thoughts about yourself. Like we were saying, berating yourself or beating yourself up. But then that also applies to everything else that you do that with. That also is crucifixion.
So if you think about it like that, you want to choose to listen to your right mind who will not hand you the nails and hammer, but rather take it all away. Say that is not for you. You are far greater than that. In fact, you don’t even exist in the same realm as nails and hammers or crosses. You are eternal. You are spirit. And this nonsense is not you. Look at it, forgive it, and let it go.

Francisca:
I also want to ask if expanding and evolving means what A Course in Miracles talks about as our real creations. Since we are light, I assume we create with light and our permanent light creations must add light absolutely to the real world of boundless creation. Isn’t this our ultimate evolution contributing as a facet of the whole by virtue of being part of the oneness energy?

Jesus:
Yes. Yes indeed.

Francisca:
And to that point uh well uh on the other point uh… when did it mean… what did it mean to take up our crosses and follow you?

Jesus:
It means let go of your judgment and follow the road of peace.

Francisca:
Thank you. Thank you.

Jesus:
Christina asked: “Can you please speak of where does indifference come from? For example, estrangement.”

Jesus:
It depends. And there’s a right-minded indifference and there’s a wrong-minded indifference. Right-minded indifference is you saying this is not real. I will not take this into myself as a reality but instead I see this as illusion and I’m allowing myself to forgive it which means to let it go. You see,
when you are indifferent as a way of protection, that is not necessarily right-minded. You see, meaning I’m going to pretend that I don’t see something that I don’t want to see. Not because I don’t believe it or not that I think that it’s not real, but I want to not think it’s real. So, I’m going to pretend like it’s not happening. That’s not healing.
You see the healing thing was I’m going to look at my interpretation of what I’m looking at. So let’s say you see something really negative and you make a judgment. You say, “Well, that’s awful. I don’t want to see that.” Like we’re saying, “I’m just going to pretend like I didn’t see that.” Well, that is not healed within your mind.
You want to look at it with the Holy Spirit. ‘Holy Spirit, how shall I look at this?’ Holy Spirit says, well, without judgment, but with allowing. You see, you allow the situation to be what it is with awareness that it is an illusion. You see?

Christina:
So… and the other part that was all. Thank you.

Jesus:
Absolutely.

Jesus:
And Julie asks: “Can you expand on how we can live this?” When it was quoted, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.”

Jesus:
Yes, you let go of judgment and allow yourself to be guided by the Holy Spirit rather than your own interpretations of everything.
So, we were not going to really bring this part up, but it’s all over the place, so to speak. Just politics in general or anything in the world. We’ll just say the news. The news in general. There’s always something in the news and that is something that you’re always looking at in such a way that has some manner of judgment to it. Does that make sense?

Julie:
Yeah. I feel like the word judgment has come up a lot today and that’s for me.

Jesus:
I know. Yes, indeed. And for too. Yeah.

Julie:
And I had asked about a month ago how to give up judgment. And I think the answer was I can’t.

Jesus:
Well, you got to just let it go. That’s really what it is. So rather than trying to give up the judgment because you’re going to judge, right?

Julie:
I think it was like you need to turn it over. Yes.

Jesus:
Yeah. Say, “Well, I’m gonna open my app that has all the news in it, and I’m going to probably have a lot of reactions because I have a lot of things that I’ve already chosen how I look at it, and when it presents itself to me, I’m going to throw right back at it exactly what I just thought.” You see?
So, you have to understand, okay, so this piece of news is not the thing that’s making me upset. It’s because I made a decision ahead of time to give it the power to make me upset.

Julie:
And you can… Yeah. ‘Cuz we’re never upset about what… Exactly. We’re never upset for the real reason we think we are.

Jesus:
That’s right. Yeah. You’re always upset for your interpretation.

Julie:
Yeah. So… Oh, super helpful. Thank you.

Jesus:
You’re welcome.

Julie:
It does help a lot to know that you’re going to get your feathers ruffled when you look at the news. It’s probably always going to be like that to a certain degree. But sometimes I get my feathers ruffled when I go to the grocery store.

Jesus:
Exactly. Or the gas station or the airport or everywhere. Or just wake up.

Julie:
So yeah. So yes, the big word… that judgment. Yes. J word. That’s right.

Jesus:
So you want be lighter about it. Say, “Okay, I’m… I’m a judger. I’m judgmental.” But so is everyone else. And I don’t have to take that part seriously either. Can I laugh at myself? Because I’m… Look at me, Mrs. Judger. Oh, like it’s like Miss Universe, but I’m Miss Judger.

Julie:
That’s right. Yeah. Sick of it. And then you can laugh. Yeah. Okay.

Jesus:
Cuz then the thing you’re looking at loses all the power.

Julie:
Yeah. Because it’s all just a big joke anyways.

Jesus:
That’s right. Yeah.

Julie:
And then… then I asked you why the course is so serious and you said because nobody would take it seriously if it was a joke.

Jesus:
Exactly. I mean…

Julie:
So you have to lighten up about that too. Yeah.

Jesus:
It’s all metaphor.

Julie:
It is. It really is. And it’s… it’s guidance.

Jesus:
Just guidance for living in the illusion.

Julie:
I always thought when he said into your hands I commend or commend my spirit… I always thought that was him saying this is my last breath you take over now… but basically you’re saying it’s all of us.

Jesus:
Yes. And in fact it is like it’s your last dying breath because you are going to give it all over and then you… you’re not the one in charge anymore and life goes a little more smoothly.

Julie:
So right here now could be my dying… last dying breath.

Jesus:
That’s right.

Julie:
Oh wow. Wow. This is huge.

Jesus:
Then you want to look at your interpretation of the last dying breath. What’s dying?

Julie:
That’s right. Not only that, but why is it such a big deal? Yeah. It needs to die?

Jesus:
Yeah. It doesn’t need to die. If you feel that it needs to die, it means that you’ve made it real to you. Oh goodness. So you just look at it and say, “Well, rather than take it seriously, let it die, let it not die, whatever.”

Julie:
I think you’re the most advanced psychologist, psychotherapist, psychoanalyst, psychiatrist that has ever walked this planet.

Jesus:
That’s because we know the truth. We know the truth and there is no place at all. You… every soul in truth knows the truth. Don’t fall for these tricks, the illusions.

Julie:
They’re so tantalizing though.

Jesus:
And see, that’s what you got to see. Yes. Such delicious bait to grab onto. That’s what the ego says.

Julie:
Yes. Freedom tastes much sweeter.

Jesus:
Amen. And you can have that freedom at any moment that you choose. It is always a choice. And that choice is also peace. Freedom and peace go hand in hand. So breathe into that.

Julie:
Can’t have one without the other.

Jesus:
That’s right. You are free when you choose peace. It’s true. And I know that when I choose a body, I can’t be spirit.

Julie:
That’s right.

Jesus:
And you can’t be free or at peace. But when you lighten up about the body, body isn’t such a big deal after all. Take care of it because that’s your vehicle.

Julie:
Yes, there you go. That seems to get you places and give you experiences while you seem to be here.

Jesus:
Also, it’s a communication device so that you can connect with others and talk with others. You don’t have to talk with others, but you can at least be a bringer of peace. When you give the body that purpose, you see, so my body is no longer something that has the purpose of separation, but I am now handing it to the Holy Spirit for the purpose of joining, the purpose of healing, the purpose of freedom, which is our function.

Julie:
That’s right. Our only function as a body. Exactly. You see, I know all this, but I forget it. But hey, you’re remembering it.

Jesus:
Yeah. You’re remembering it right now. And that’s why we say take this information and live it.

Julie:
Yeah, I get that. And all of these pieces from the course will come to mind throughout your experiences. Wow, I remember that. All these things I was trying to memorize for so long… I had… and they come up right at the perfect moment.
So if you were to summarize the whole course in one sentence, what would it be?

Jesus:
Forgiveness.

Julie:
One word.

Jesus:
Yes. One word. Forgiveness.

Julie:
A lot of words in that book. All you need is one. Yep. That’s the juicy nugget.

Jesus:
Absolutely. Because that word encapsulates all of it. Especially the crucifixion. Yes. You have to forgive and it is transformed.

Julie:
Thank you.

Jesus:
Yes indeed. See crucifixion when you give your interpretation of it to the Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit will remind you the only way to look at it is with forgiveness. So you give the whole concept of the crucifixion a different purpose. It’s a purpose for forgiveness.

Julie:
Would you say it becomes personal?

Jesus:
It becomes universal.

Julie:
It becomes what? Universal. Ah. And you become universal.

Jesus:
No more separation.

Julie:
That’s right. No more separation at all.

Jesus:
Neil says there is no separation. Never was a separation. I simply fell asleep.

Julie:
Thank you. Thank you.

Jesus:
Ruth asks the following question and she said: “You said the lesson of the cross is forgiveness. I seem to understand lately that forgiveness turns to understanding in the mind of God because God understands why we behave/judge etc the way we do. So is forgiveness understanding ourselves? What’s the fine line between that and condoning? Or maybe how do I forgive myself or others? Is it to try to understand?”

Jesus:
Well, we are… here’s a good way of putting it. The better way of putting it is that forgiveness heals all. There is no separation. There is no differentiation. You are not a body. You are spirit. You see, the only thing that seems different is the body. But you are not a body. Forgiveness is realizing that the thing you thought happened didn’t happen at all. You see, so you have nothing to forgive. There’s no one to be forgiven.
The thing that you want to forgive is your own projection of a thought onto what seems to be another or your environment or your experience. Does that make sense?

Ruth:
Yes. Wonderful prayer.

Jesus:
So be lighter about that. Just accept the atonement for yourself, which means forgiveness.
And God… here’s the kicker. God does not understand you because there’s nothing of the you that seems to be separate to understand. God knows you as God created you which does not need understanding at all. God is only love. You are one with God. You must be love.

Ruth:
Yes. Thank you. Thank you.

Jesus:
Absolutely.

Jesus:
This last question is from Robin and Robin asks: “Would you please talk about how we can deal with physical pain and illness? I understand it’s an illusion and trigger like any other. So, it needs to be forgiven. However, how can I decide what to do on the level of the illusion while still experiencing seeing myself as a being in a body, especially when what one suffers from doctors have no answers for? Is the Christian science approach or prayer the best way? Or so-called energy healers or those who say they have healing ability as a result of a near-death experience. There’s so much on YouTube and elsewhere, and it feels confusing and overwhelming to know what to do. I feel the truth that there is no hierarchy of illusions, but I still long to be well.”

Jesus:
There is no hierarchy of illusions. You are correct. And it’s true that illness is an illusion. We do not give any recommendations for physical ailments or psychological ailments. But what we will do is tell you to make peace with what is and also tune in to yourself.
You can become very overwhelmed when you are in a search outside yourself. You see, so of course you tons of YouTube videos and tons of different techniques you could do, different supplements and diets and all of that to do. Which one do you do? Tune into yourself. Ask what feels most appropriate to me.
The body is an illusion. And there’s nothing wrong with wanting to feel better in the body. Don’t take it seriously. Do whatever feels right to you. We can’t tell you which one to choose. The only thing we will tell you to choose is to choose to make peace. Does that make sense?

Robin:
Yes, it absolutely makes sense. And I can drop into that peace often. So do that when I have really really bad days of pain and things though… and this has been going on actually for many years. I feel desperate at times and… not you know… not sure that I’m hearing any guidance and maybe that’s only because I’m desperate. When I feel peaceful, you know, it’s okay, but again, I would like to be well. I know it’s an illusion, but again, as long as I feel like I’m in a body, I think it’s only natural to want to feel well.

Jesus:
Absolutely. And that’s why the best thing to do is do whatever makes sense to you on the level of form. You see? And then at the same time, don’t take it seriously. Okay. The body feels like this. The best thing for me to do and the kindest thing for me to do would be to find a way to alleviate the pain. And I am going to also hand that to the Holy Spirit so I’m guided in which direction to go. And that you feel that by intuition. Thank you. You’re welcome.
So, like we were saying, there are thousands of modalities, thousands of medications, therapies, and all of that. So, you’ve got lots to look at, but the best thing to look at is the peace within. Let that guide your way. And you will find whatever it is that will be most beneficial to you. You see, and then be patient with the process.

Robin:
I think that’s my problem is I feel like I’ve been patient. Like I said, it’s been going on for years. And so then I… then I feel like I have to search for you know… what… what’s the underlying guilt or whatever that’s brought this about… and sometimes… see it’s… it’s good to do that to a certain extent but then it can also become like a weapon.

Jesus:
You see, when the ego gets hold of that, well, here’s the problem. You’re so guilty about that or you did this or whatever, instead it’s just the body is like this. Who knows why? Who knows why? That’s really the best way to look at… who knows. Sure, guilt is involved in it. It’s somewhere… that’s just the way the world is. But how can I proceed further or proceed from here with kindness? And that’s the peace of mind and making peace with it.

Robin:
Thank you very much.

Jesus:
Indeed.

Jesus:
We have enjoyed this interaction beyond words. As always we are with you no matter what. We love you. Remember to first go within, connect with that peace within, the light within you that you truly are, and let that guide you throughout your experience.
We love you and thank you once again. Namaste.
